I’m not really one of you all. I only helped out in the kitchen at summer camp when I could and took a culinary class in college (I work in a totally different field). But I was under the impression “No Reservations” was to mean no reservations at any restaurant/eatery, not the way he’s using it in the screenshot here. Am I wrong?

I was just talking about Tony at work today about the way he describes kitchen life because I had a hospitality manager sit at my bar who is also a fan of him. 🥹 I think I try to find a way to talk about this man at least once a week.
